I got a free WebCAM when I bought a Belkin wireless. Looks good, but after setting it up I soon realized why it was free. The hardware seems to be OK but the software SUCKS!
I have to use CTRL-ALT-DEL just to turn it off!
Maybe we need a new Thread just for webCAMS.
What I'm wondering, is there other software for web cams that would do a better job than the software that came with the camera.
The Camera is made in Korea (no disrespect to Korea; they've been building some pretty good stuff), and its called AlphCAM. Looks great, works OK but the veiwer SUCKS.
Where can I find a viewer that does the same thing but doesn't SUCK.
