WebBrowser Control Help

I would like to refresh the webbrowser control without having it jump to the top of the page and then back down to where it was before. I want it to update the contents without moving the view around at all. Is this possible?

Actually, I guess it doesn't necessarily go to the top and back down, but it clears the control and repaints it. I need it to either update without repainting the entire thing or repaint much faster so it is less noticeable. If the webbrowser control can't do it, is there something else that can?
