I am beginning to roll out Crystal reports via a web server. I know there are the Active X and the Java viewers. I do not want to use the ActiveX viewer since this would reqire users to be administrators of their machines to install it. The Java viewer appears to work for all users but there is one odd quirk, every time a users accesses the page in a new session it prompts them to install the Java viewer. Even if the uses click "No" at the install option the report continues to open fine. Is there a way to disable this prompt to install?
