Hi all,

I have Server Edition with IPO CC 9.1.8. Have power user licenses. When I try to use WEB UI with WebRTC I get pop-up information:

"Establish Trust With WebRTC Gateway.

This device does not appear to have the certificate required to communicate securely with the WebRTC Gateway. Please consult your System Administrator to have this installed.

Alternatively, the following steps will register the required certificate temporarily:

--Click on the Accept button below, which will open a New Tab in the Browser.

--Click on the Advanced link

--Click on Proceed to Server Certificate

Note: You will be warned again in future sessions if you choose this option."

When I click Accept I get message:

"URI Not Registered"

I installed certificates, but still have problem.

When web ui controle hard phone, it works.

Any advice?
Thanks in advance,
Slobodan

Have you installed publicly trusted certificates both on WebRTC and IPOCC?

Hi janni78,

Yes, I've installed certificates on IPO SE and IPO CC. And it looks like to be ok. When I try to log in:

- certificate

This page is secure (valid HTTPS).
Isued to: IPOCCSERVER
Issued by: ipoffice-root-IPOSE.avaya.com

After that I get pop up url
with information "URI Not Registered" and certificate

This page is secure (valid HTTPS).
Isued to: IPOSE
Issued by: ipoffice-root-IPOSE.avaya.com

I asked if you have installed publicly trusted certificates, those are self generated and are not trusted by your browser or anybody else that doesn't have that Root CA.

Also, the cert is issued to for example IPOCCSERVER so if you use the IP address the cert is not valid.

Sorry, I don't understand what you mean. We've installed IPO root certificate on local machine and still not working. What public trusted certificate you are talking about?

Is there any documentation what I should do step by step?

Thanks a lot,

Have you configured the WebRTC Gateway?

I might get some time over to try it but I use Comodo certs on my solution.

Hi Janni78,

I managed to solve the problem. I don't know why but my default web user application port was 8443 for WebRTC. I've changed it to 7070 and now it's working.

Thanks for help,

Regards,
Slobodan
