Ok, just a few little things first:
-The bottom "interactive client area". In the onmouseover, make the i on interactive capitalized.
-The images on the left, ClearStream Home, etc., make the images transparent. The white background of each image makes it look chunky.
-The left side next to the chunky images, you have some words capatilized and others not. You need to be consistant. If you capitalize "Releases" and "Home", you should capitalize "us". And at least capitalize the "career".
-The images on the right (the "map"

are a little chunky. I would redo them in a vector program, like adobe illustrator, to smoothen them out.
I'm on a T1, but I notice you have a lot of javascript or java things going on. This might lag the site on a modem.
I'm not one for frames, but you make good use of them. I would probably kill the top right frame though. Kind of a big logo too.
Alot of text. Maybe a little too much text. The only images you have are on the left, logo, and the map. And they're all just basic shapes. I would probably kill the links on the left. It's nice how they work, but I would change them to graphics and kill the scrollbar. No one likes a scrollbar in the middle of the page.
It looks nice though. Maybe a little too much grey.
In Netscape 4.7 and 6.0, you don't get the 3D look on the bottom left.
In Netscape 4.7, it took 20 seconds to look all the javascript stuff. That's not good of all. ~Javrix
If you gave an infinate number of rednecks, an infinate number of shotguns to shoot at an infinate number of street signs, they would eventually write Romeo and Juliet in braille.
