Web Page access

I have a user that can't type data into a form on a web page. He is able to copy and paste into the same fields, though. Typing doesn't do anything, though. The cursor just sits there and blinks.

Does this sound familiar to anyone? I think I've seen it before, but I can't remember what I had to do to fix it.

This issue was fixed with this patch from MS:
