There is a known software issue with J100 series phones at R11.0.2. The issue only presents after a blind transfer; announced transfers, parked calls, etc work fine. Putting a no audio call on hold and picking it up again gives audio. Avaya issued a critical patch for 11.0.2 and say it is built in to 11.0.3 due out at the end of the month but they did not build it in to 11.0.4 which was released 3 weeks before 11.0.3. 'Cause... Avaya!
