Hello to all!
I seem to be having a problem with the web interface of TM. I had a tech. here and if we plug a laptop into the E-lan things work fine. When we put it on the lan some of the functions don't work (cpnd) He seemed to think that it is something wrong with my network. If that were the case then I wouldn't be able to build a phone up to that point.
Has anyone any idea if the disk will do a repair.

If plugging a laptop onto the ELAN all works fine you know it is not a TM issue. Does the TM have an SLAN as well? When you try from the LAN are you going to the SLAN or ELAN address?

If you are using the Host name then do an nslookup on the PC to see what address you are going to.

I know there is a E-lan and a T-lan, not sure of a S-lan.
what is going on is that from a template you can build all the way down to the keys and save that. But if you select a type that calls for a pop-up(like SCR)the extension, cid don't show no matter how long you wait or click off of it.

Sounds more like a security thing on your network or on the Browser of the PC. The Laptop that you use on the ELAN does that fail on the normal LAN if it does it is a network thing. I it works you would be looking at the PC/Browser.

Rolled back to ie8, java even tried ffox. I'll check out if anything changed on the network.
The only thing i can see is that there are errors showing up in the log with some service, Ja something, i tried to restart it a number of times with no luck. thanks for your suggestions though.
