I need help properly configuring our Web Interface to work on both the inside network and outside world. The ip of our metaframe server is 10.x.x.55. There is a translation entry in our PIX to NAT to 21x.x.x.55. The server setting in the web interface points to 10.x.x.55. Users on the inside and outside can retrieve their published apps but only users on the outside can run their apps. The citrix is set to use the altaddr of the public ip. What do I need to configure on both the WI and metaframe server so it works both internally and externally. This is very important so any help is MUCH APPRECIATED!!!!

Try the Altaddr command on your Citrix server. There is documentation on how to use it on Citrix's site.

I am already using the altaddr command. It is set to 21x.x.x.55 (the external address of the metaframe server). But this will not work internally as the PIX will not send traffic for the public ip back to the internal interface

I figured it out. I needed to set the default setting in the WI to alternate instead of translated. This way I kept altaddr on the server and I set the normal client address mapping to 10.1. to allow all inside clients to use the internal ip of the metaframe server.
