Web Interface issue I think!

Good morning,

We have 3 Server farm, Win 2k3 MFXP 1.0 FR3 and all three servers are identical. We have one WI 2.0 server for internal use and we are using Roaming profiles.

We have dumb terminals out in the shop and users logs into one of the Citrix servers using these terminals. Then they get the Kiosk page (web page with Pub apps). That is fine but the issue starts when the people try to make changes to their Outlook settings (or make changes to other applications) it won't stick. Only way I can get the settings to stick is by having them open is by minimizing the web page and having them use Citrix desktop. Then everything will work.

I hope I am clear. Please let me know what I could be missing.

To add another twist to this issue. I logged in the same user using the PN agent (intead of going through the web page) and the settings (Outlook, Printer, and other settions) do stick. Just to test it more I was keep making the changes and then I would reboot the machine couple of times.

Does this mean I have to clean the Web Interface 2.0 server out?
