Hello everybody,

I am running PS 4 with the Web Interface. From what I have seen, this is different from NFuse. I am getting the error "Cannot connect to the Citrix Server. There is no Citrix server configured on the specified address". From what I can tell this is do to NAT. I have used the command altaddr on each system giving out it's public IP. However I am still getting the error.

I have seen some replies saying that some configuration needs to be done on the Web Interface to tell it to use the alternat address. However they all pretain to NFuse and not the new Web Interface. Do I still need to do this? If so where do I go in the new Web Interface to configure this?

Thanks in advance,

Zych

Yes you do need to do this, Web Interface is the new NFuse and it pretty much works the same wat, just they changed the configuration interface.

Would you happen to know where I would put in the configuration? From what I can tell there should be a WebInterface.conf file but I only have a WebInterface.conf.default. Are these the same? Do I need to copy the WebInterface.conf.default to WebInterface.conf? And which setting needs to be changed?

Thanks,

Zych

By the way I do know that it is handing out the wrong address. If I have my VPN open it works (since of course it can find the private address). When I disable the VPN it fails. I have tried to setup AlternateAddress=on but that did not seem to do anything. Possibley do to the fact it is in the WebInterface.conf.default?

Thanks,

Zych

Running PS4 Youu go into the Access Suite Console

Try downloading Admin User Guide for Web Interface

Specifically page 74 this should tell you how to manage.

I did that but it still did not work. However when I played with ClientAddressMap settings I got it to work. Your replies to another person helped a lot with this. For other people here is the link to that:
