Web Hosting Reccomendations

Does anyone have any reccomendations on cheap hosting that has good tech support? I am looking for a host that offers support for ASP, ASP.NET, PHP, MySQL, Access, and possibly MS SQL server. It would also be nice to have ftp access and some sort of web administration interface. Also, what is involved in registering a domain name, and how do I use it with a host? Would it be cheaper to register the domain name and use it with a host or to register the domain name through the host?

pretty reliable, I find support sometimes to slow. but for the price they offer the webhosting I don't excpect royal class treatment.

There tech support is much better then average, They don't limit your sub domains, email addresses or nit pick you to death with fees. I have have needed some siginificant tweaks to server in the last six months and they have been very accomodating in getting that done quickly and courtiously.
