Are products available for Windows Server 2003?

If yes, can anybody recommend one?

Microsoft created ISA for this.

Being a small company we are on a tight budget, so I was hoping a product is available that is not as feature rich as ISA, most of which we would not use, so as to keep the cost low.

You get free proxy but whether it will be useful or not you will have to test .
