Web-based course extensions

I need to prepare a web-based course using DW4. I have downloaded the Course Builder extension. Unfortunately, the Learning Site Command extension is said to be 'not available' on the Macromedia Exchange for DW? Can someone suggest another extension(s) to do simple course administration - log in / log out, noting what student has completed, noting where student left off, etc.?

Also, can someone suggest a location where I can view examples of web-based courses prepared by DW? Is there an 'awards-type' site for the best of DW prepared courses?

Any help would be most appreciated.
