Web app won't run

I have an app on a Win2k3 server. I didn't make anychanges but all of a sudden I get the following error:

Looks like you either have a problem with the .NET framework (in which case you could try to run aspnet_regiis -i) or your ASPNET accout doesn't have access to the .NET framework folder.

This appears to be a security issue, that may have been triggered by automatic update or through a network admin change. I had a different security problem once on Win2003 that could only be traced back to a patch loaded via automatic update. It seems like you will now need to add directory/file permissions for an account like ASP.NET.
