Hi Guys

I have a Windows SBS 2K3 Std Server. 6 users all use the system fine, logon and client outlook mail on the LAN no problems, they use the system resources, printers, shared files etc - really smooth.

I opened port 443,444 and 80 to allow access to Exchange Webmail and workspace for a couple of the users who work from home to fetch mail and access files of the clients etc.

They can logon to the remote workspace no problems - but not Web Outlook, the logon screen appears and just keeps asking for a user id and password, the credentials they are using are good. It appears to be all the users on the system.

It seems the outlook/exchange website doesn't accept the users credentials which the rest of the system uses?

Oh one additional clue, the same problem exists accessing Web Outlook with IE from the LAN side as well as the WAN side through the fixed IP router.

Any help out there please?

Jerry

Also make sure they are trying domainname\username
