Some event must have occurred between the time it worked & now. Your programs may be corrupted. If so, you can restore the root & programs & screens folders from a backup when it worked. This might be tricky & risky using sql7. How many sql transactional backups do you retain. Do you know that you have successfully restored from tape in the past? Did you somehow change your global drive mappings or permissions or something like that?
If nothing happened, you sound like you need a reseller locally to come out & check out your situation or have someone do a webex meeting or something to resolve ...
Can you revert to english screensets, etc, so that someone stateside can try to help you if you have no local resources?
