water mark in excel

I have an excel sheet that I want to put a water mark on and cannot find it. the help did not help either. I tried to use the background feature in formating but it only let me select a file. Can anyone help?

Excel doesnt actually have a watermark option. Here are a couple of references that will allow you to mimic a watermark in excel.
