The basics first- sytem is IPO500V2, Essential edition, 95xx phones. Water leak from an unknown line above the solid ceiling fried the unit. In the process, we discovered that the ensuing damage fried the SD card. Can't even read the SD in a laptop. So, I have them in very basic operation with a spare control unit and licensed SD card until their new card comes in and I can get the licenses transferred to it. My question is, what do you folks recommend to keep on hand in case this happens again? One Avaya SD card with no licenses, so it can be installed and then get the old licenses transferred? I have 20 systems, so I need something in place. I thought I had all the bases covers, and found out I wasn't playing baseball!
Thanks in advance,
DT

yep, keep SD cards in stock and either do a swap via ADI or your disti. Just remember to send the old broken SD card back to avoid being charged.

Did you give the sd card a chance to dry out, maybe just maybe it might come back

Thanks, Pepp, just looking for validation, I guess. Thought I was on the right track.
Joe, I tried, it's dead. DRT- Dead right there!

We have a demo kit. We also have an emergency kit (it’s an old V1). The emergency kit was built using old hardware. It has a legacy card with PRI (no licenses needed) and an SD card with essential, 10 AVIP and 5 SIP Trunks licenses. EVM is tuned off, no voicemails. We also keep an extra SD card lying around just for this occasion.
