I found several posts about Watchguard but none regarding VPN firmware phones. Has anyone successfully connected a VPN firmware phone to a Watchguard? The only other router (besides the few that Avaya has configuration guides) that I have successfully connected a VPN phone to has been a Vigor 2910VG.

Hi thrtnastrx

In your post you have succesfully connected a VPN phone to a Vigor router. Have you got any application notes on this? as we had this router and had to change it out for a Netgear FVS338 router to get the VPN phone to work.

Sorry, I the procedure I wrote has been deleted by my boss accidently while he was updating our Sharepoint software. We no longer use the Vigor router and have since sold it to a customer. I do remember working with Draytek tech support to get it working and they were very helpful. I believe they saved the configuration procedure there. They were very interested in getting it to work the the Avaya.

Thanks for getting back to me on this. Do you know who you spoke to at Draytek. was it the 0905 Number you Dialed.
