Wat are the things u backup if.........

Always backup the things you have created, things that exist nowhere else, like My Documents, My Pictures, My Music, address book, E-Mail messages you want to keep. Maybe programs you downloaded from the 'Net.
Programs you have installed from a disk/CD can be re-installed [usually quicker], you do still have the disks/CDs, don't you?
