I have been struggling with and Iinstall of 2.1(73), Phone Manger 2.1(16) and VM Pro 2.1(25) with IMS.
The Voicemail service ground to a halt about half an hour after the IMS starts.
After 4 days of uninstalling and DCOM settings with Tech Support and ecsalating to Tier 4 at Avaya th conclusion was simple:
"2.1(25) IMS IS CRAP DON'T USE IT"
I downgraded to 2.1(23) and all is now working like a dream.
Just a little warning to you all.
