Want to use Redhat with modem to dial out from W2K

I want to dial from an W2K box using a modem on a redhat box and don't have an idea what to do.

I would configure Linux for dial on demand routing so it will dial everytime your Win2K box attempts to access the internet. This shows you how to do it:

Actually I want to dial from the Windows XP box different Solaris boxes using the redhat box with a modem.

So the modem is on the redhat box and I want to ue it on the windows XP box as if was a modem oin the XP box.
