I am using MS-Access with ASP right now and I wanna upgrade to SQL Server.I wanna know that am I supposed to make huge changes in the code, or are the changes minor ??

The changes should be minor. If the table layout is going to be the same then you may even manage to get away with only having to change your connection string. Just make sure you run through each of tyhe pages and try the sql strings that are in place in case any of them need a minor alteration to work with SQL Server. I think most, if not all, of the functions useable in an Access query qill be available from SQL Server also, but I wouldn't be able to guarantee that.
