Want to stop file scanning when MX2004 starts.

Everytime I change to another project in MX2004, it seems to scan all the files for modifications, I then have to press escape to make it stop.

Is there a way to turn this off, I couldn't find it.

Refresh file list is unchecked.

Mine does that also but 2 X's i have gotten a error and even on a reboot it gives the error , i had to reinstall it hopefully it dosent do it again.
