Want to Change button pictures at startup

Helllo....

I want to be able to set the background picture of all my forms and all the button pictures at startup..
This is as they are all linked files and I do not want to change then all after I redeploy my application..

I have used the following
Form name is FrmApplication
Button to change is Command2

I used

Forms!FrmApplication.Command2.picture = "D:\temp.bmp" (SAY)

This will not work on my form load....!!
