Option 61C with OTM server.
We want to add logging for the attendant console, add internal calls to the OTM reporting, and get clid information for all incomming calls. OTM presently logs all external calls, incomming and outgoing ( many do not have clid data on incomming calls ). We added ICDA to a test set to try reporting internal calls to OTM, it did not log internal calls. Is internal call monitoring possible? Can an attendant be monitored (it says that you can add ICDA but can't figure out how)? Are there types of calls that are often absent of CLID info?

OTM Telecom Billing will log internal calls, however there are many steps involved in setting this up.

1. Turn ICDA on sets you want to log.
2. Are you using an MDR2000 CDR Buffer box? If you are using DBA, then move to step 3.
2A. Config the buffer box to collect internal CDR
3. Configure Telecom Billing to collect and cost internal calls.

Steps 2 & 3 are quite tedious and can be very frustrating if you do not know exactly what your doing.

As for your attendant consoles, ICDA can be configured in LD 12

Thanks pronei. This is one of many systems that I have inherited recently so I am not sure if there is a buffer box. I will read more on configuring the Telecom billing, and check for the Buffer box.
