Wallboards info on windows with AIC

I'm looking for a solution that puts wallboard type statistics on a scroll bar on windows using the AIC client.

I have heard of Ultra-link/Data-pop and am looking at DSI(WOW)

Anyone have any ballpark figures on costs for these solutions?

Ultra-link people are quoting me +50K for software alone
Still waiting on info on Avaya's DSI.


We have Avaya Interaction Center and I would like to integrate the scrollbar into the AIC Client. I have heard you can do this with DSI but don't know about the others like targetvision or symon. We would need some kind of ActiveX control to do that.

Anyone else doing anything similar?

there was a person on this board that used a regular centervu report to dump to html on an an internal web server and a javascript to reload the data on agent desktops at 15 second intervals.

data displays in internet explorer or any other web browser.

i'll dig around and see if i can find the reference, or maybe somebody else knows where to find it...

cost is significantly less than the spectrum solution, especially if you already have a web server available.

downside is that if it breaks, there is nobody to scream at but yourself
