Wallboard alternatives

Hi, we have 3 spectrum corp wallboards and I'm always having trouble with them. Luckily management wants to replace them and I'm trying to find some alternatives.

Avaya won't call me back about their pc wallboard application that shows data on the monitor so I'm about ready to skip that altogether anyway.

I'd like to use flat panels and show something a bit more than just a CMS screen that has various reports up.

We recently aquired another company and their call center (using nortel) has a great setup with monitors placed throughout that uses colors based on thresholds etc. I'd like to hear about your solution and/or ideas.

we use Symon,, got rid of the wallboards and now use the deskview app... gives all of the info from the wall board on the desktop

use cheap pcs with attached plasma screens to run cms supervisor with customized report. works like a charm.
