There is one that I can think of. When we migrated from Windows 95 (due to end-of-life support), one problem we encountered was that Windows 2000 must join a domain on our NT4 server. I was informed in a previous post that Windows 95/98/98SE only appends itself to a network. Windows 2000 has to actually join it. You can still map network drives as long as the user name you use in 2000 is the same as you logon to the server, but if your password expries, you have to be a member of that domain to change it (if anyone knows any different, plase inform me).
