W3SVC service error bind instance 142

I have trawled MSDN, technet and eventviewer.net and found nothing.

The W3SVC service is kicking up the following.

"The Service could not bind instance 142. The data is the error code....."

It is ID 115, but this changes and there are several of these appearing every so often, problem is that the IIS service shuts down.

This is our primary webserver and is getting annoying!!! Has anyone seen anything like this, it has all the latest updates etc.

As per Microsoft: &quot;Some or all of the Web sites that are using Host Headers have the same port number defined for Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Internet Information Server 4.0 does not support the use of Host Headers for SSL.&quot;. See the link below for workaround.
