W3421 Unable to open the registry key

We are working with server different Arcserve levels(6.61AE & 2000AE) and i seam to have a problem with the following:

Does anyone has any experience with solving the next message:

W3421 Unable to open the registry key. (KEY=SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Perflib\009, EC=NO SYSTEM RESOURCES)

Tried to find a solution at CA support but this was not a solution.
 
Installed SP4 and updated the aslog.dll but this doesn't seem to do the trick.

Does anyone has an idea to solve this issue
 
Please be aware that the backup of "Registry" is a key level backup and should only be used if you want to restore individual keys. The actual backup of the registry is done via System State under Windows 2000... This is done as a flat file via the WINNT\System32\Config directory.
If you expand the Registry in the backu window you will see that there are only 2 hives to backup. This will waste space if you are using DLT technology during the backup.

If you need to restore the registry you need to go into the options of the restore job and on the operation tab enable "Restore Registry Files and Event Logs"

Obviously this may not be a solution but it gives an insight as to the functionality of the "Registry" backup..
