W3404 Unable to open file

Hi,

Using ArcServe 2000 on Window's 2K OS. My backup job is Incomplete, with error
W3404 Unable to open file. (FILE=C:\WINNT\system32\dhcp\tmp.edb, EC=SHARING VIOLATION)
In filter i have excluded this file, still this error keeps coming and my backup is Incomplete.

Please Help !!!!!!!1

Perhaps the filter is setup wrong. On the filter screen go to help for examples on how the filter should be setup.

Checked, filter added correctly. should the filter be shown in job details.

yes. It shows up near the bottom of the Job Detail.

davidmichel, you were right, i have added filter wrongly. recreated the filter correclty & backup successful
