W3302 Unable to create Directory

Whilst carrying out a restore in a users filestore, the following error appears

W3302 Unable to create directory ... EC=SWAPERROR

A similar problem to this occurs during backups

W3404 Unable to open file ... EC=SWAPERROR

Any thoughts?
