W32Time error PAC verification failure?

I'm having this issue with some XP PC's and i posted in the XP forum thread779-1285890

I suspect it might be an issue with my 2003 AD so i posted here as well.

I followed the SC query suggestion in the KB article below and the KDC showed as TYPE: 20 WIN32_SHARE_PROCESS which i believe is correct.

Can anyone help with this, what i a PAC verification failure?
