W2k3 server setup - stops responding

After all the device drivers and setup files are loaded, it says: "Setup is starting Windows".
But there it stops. Nothing happens!

I've waited for something to happen now for about 1 hour, and I've tried over 3 times.

The machine is a Celeron 1-1.5 GHZ with 256 MB SDRAM.
All hardware is integrated on the MB.

I found the cause for my problem, the cursed cd-rom.
I replaced it with a new one, and now the setup runs smoothly.
