W2k3 reboots during backup

Hi,
When backing up a W2k3 file server with netbakcup 6.0.3 the server reboots.

The Master server and media server are over a 10meg Wan connection so i can see the server being over worked.
The server is only running the OS, McAfee 8.5 with epo 3.6 and a netbackup client.
Ive tried running a manual and scheduled backup from the master server and manual client backup up with the same results.

Can anyone assist?

I had a problem where a restore shut the server down. That was a powerpath issue.
