W2K time weirdness

Ok, here's a good one.. I have 3 W2K servers (ALL DC's) in my domain with about 25 Win98 Workstations. For some reason, the time is fast by about 20 minutes. I've tried resetting the time on my DC and then running NET TIME from the other 2 servers which appeared to work. However, when I checked it about an hour ago, we're back running 20 minutes fast again....!

Does anyone have any ideas why this might be?
