Hello all,
I have an FPW26a application that has been running for years. My customer added 5 W2K workstations to his win98 network server. Now they get intermitant STACK FAULT errors,
they can reindex (not rebuild indexes) and it works for a while. I had them reinstall W2K as FAT 32 systems and it helped, but the problem is still there. I do not use any dll's or fll's except Foxxtools. I would greatly appreciate any sugestions that you may have.

TIA

Unless these W2K workstations are running SP 2 or 3, there is a known caching problem that can cause problems. Upgrade to SP3 or have each user reset the default caching option in the registry after each system boot up! <s>

For (confusing) details, go to (they fail to point out that the default is exactly want you DON'T want!)
