I have a Windows 2000 machine and I am trying to share the printer and a folder. Everytime a Windows 95 or 98 machine tries to access the share they get prompted for a username and password for the share.
There is no security on the Windows 2000 share, "Everyone" can print and access the shared folder as far as security is concerned.
If I enter the password of the Windows 2000 user on the Windows 95/98 clients when they try to print to the shared printer it works, but I can't give out the password so people can print.
I can't think of anything else to try...
