You can create a "dummy" skill that you queue all of the calls to. Do not give the dummy skill to any agents. Your vector(s) will have an extra line:
queue to skill X priority m (real, answered calls skill)
queue to skill Y priority l (fake skill, no agents)
Have the vu-stats button reflect skill Y.
