Vu-display Button on Softphone

Hello,

I'm trying to assign a "vu-display" softkey button on an IP Softphone. The problem I'm having is that when I program it as a softkey, the option is grayed-out when I press the 'menu' button on the softphone. However, if I program it as a feature button, it works without a problem.

Any thoughts on this?

Disregard my original post. I cheated and called Avaya yesterday. They confirmed that this was a bug (or should I say "undocumented feature&quot in the current release.
