VT420 Integration w/ Option 11

I seem to have lost access to my Meridian Option 11 PBX via my VT 420 Terminal which connects to a TTY Port. Are there any procedures to restore this connection?

1st power cycle the dumb term, check the setup on the 420, make sure the settings did not change to default. normal settings are 8 none and one at 96. port 0 speed is set to the switch settings on the faceplate of the ssc card.. also make sure the cable is seated completely on both ends

Thx John but I am unsure what your normal settings reference. I power cycle the VT 420 and hit F3 and I get the General Set up which offers many settings. Not sure what settings are significant or not.

Look in the Communication folder/tab for the settings JP is referring to.
