I need a bit of help. Restarting windows 98, I get this error message that Vshwin32 is not responding so I end the task. I need to know what this means, if anyone can please help??

Sounds like maybe virus shield 32? Are you running AV software on the PC? It might be corrupt or be missing a component .dll required to run it properly.

If you are, I would recommend uninstalling and then reinstalling said AV software and see if it cleans up your problem.

Good luck!
