VPN Slave - SKIP Timesync error

I'm attempting to add another VPN slave to my existing WAN. However, following the install/config of this new slave I am unable to get a full sync with the master. Checking the Audit Log I see SKIP errors indicating that there is a timesync error between the two servers. I've verified that their clocks are close (within seconds). And they are using different time sources (the slave is configed as single)

I should mention that I am attempting to configure this server onsite with a little routing trickery before I take it to the remote site, it's a bit of a drive.

Both servers running Netware 5. Master is BM 3.6 Ent. Slave is BM 3.6 /w firewall services (I've tried using BM 3.5 on the slave also)

Any help is appreciated. :)
