VPN Router recommendations?

Im setting up a VPN on a small LAN, for a non profit org.
Right now, all thats in place is a Linksys 4 port router, with a HUB connected to it.
Id like to beef up the security, and establish a VPN at the same time.
I should also mention that im running IIS on the Windows 2000 server, to allow a remote connection to a UNIX server, which holds their database.
The Cisco 7120 looks nice, but at 2,000$, it's out of their price range.
Any recommendations on a good VPN router at a reasonable price?
