has anyone got any tips for getting a vpn phone working to a cisco 2811?

TT

Do you have the firewall feature set running on the 2811?

If so - you will need to enter these commands on the 2811:
Open the following ports in the firewall -

TCP=1719 and 1720
UDP=49152-53247
TFTP=69

Miscellaneous tips -

1. When using IP Office and a Cisco WAN router that is looking for diffserv values make certain that the IP Office Gatekeepers DSCP value is set to 46 and set the Cisco router took look for that diffserv value. You can also see the value that the IPOffice is sending by sniffing the IP Office then looking at the diffserv header of the packet.

2. When using IP Office and Cisco Pix firewall/vpn device make certain that you have run the command "no fixup protocol h323 1720" on the Pix. Even if you do not block anything, without this command the Pix will not allow h.323 message to pass through.
