Could somebody please tell me the correct procedure for connecting a remote Win2k pro dialup user, to the win2k server LAN through a Netscreen 5xp.

I have configured a security policy which uses a preshared key, and I have logged on using the dialup connection, which seems to work fine. This has allowed me to open Outlook from my Exchange server, but I can't access any of my files from my file server. Network neighbourhood doesn't show any of the other computers on my LAN, although I can ping them.

I would appreciate any help on this subject.

Jave you configured WINS or updates your host files properly to resolve what your trying to ping?

I didnt think that I needed to use WINS, as my remote users are windows 2000 pro. I have no problem resolving names to ip's whilst on the LAN - does that mean that my host file is ok?
