VPN l2tp

Hello, having some problems here. I have setup a pptp VPN connection on my Windows 2000 server but I would like to use l2tp for more security. How do I setup the l2tp part? I've been doing some reading and I just figure it out.

You need to add a Third Party software client.

This is the error message I get when I try to connect to my Windows 2k server from my xp machine.

Error 781: The connection requires a certificate, and no valid certificate was found.

I did install the cert server and I think I got the cert done right. What could be causing this error?
