VPN failover

Is there a way to configure VPN failover with two interfaces(Serial, FastEthernet) on a single CISCO router?
This is a scenario. Site A and site B are connected through IPSec VPN with a tunnel on each interface. If Serial VPN goes down, Ethernet VPN takes over the VPN. Any lead on IOS configuration will be appreciated. Thanks.

Just keep both tunnels up and use a routing protocol such as OSPF or EIGRP, when the first path goes down the protocol will recalculate and decide the new route.

MCP,CCA,CCNA, Net+, Half CCNP...
